A reinterpreted séance devise explores and exposes the desire for communication in modern life. The rhetoric is that we are more able than ever before to reach out to anybody, and yet many of the technologies we interact with today actually make us feel more isolated. This piece explores the decision of many to embrace the mystic and paranormal in order to understand ourselves and find a sense of community and belonging.
